Theatre Jukebox

Everyday throughout March

Between January and March 2013, Perpanata worked with Stand + Stare to create a brand new Theatre Jukebox experience. The Croydonians was the title given to the project by the six participants who each told a very personal story about the theme of home.

See Stand + Stare’s website here

The following short films are the final pieces we created (we recommed wearing headphones to experience them fully).

Unfinished Dream

A performance in a car park!

This spring Perpanata are hosting friends from Iran, Hamid Pourazari and his Papatiha theatre troupe.

Together we have created a new production for London International Festival of Theatre. The show is called Unfinished Dream and will feature a cast of 70 people of all ages, including many who have never performed before.

Thanks to Arts Council for funding us to make this exciting piece of new work.

Here is some recent press our project has received:

Perpanata @ COAST Festival in Bristol

ACTA invited us to facilitate a workshop as part of COAST

We were delighted when our friends in Bristol, ACTA, invited us to facilitate a workshop as part of their COAST festival in March. The workshop was led by Jess, Jurek and Victor, who used techniques from playback, forum and immersive theatre to demonstrate a typical Perpanata workshop.
